On September 18th, the 2025 China International Urban Rail Transit Exhibition and CAMET Forum (referred to as MetroTrans 2025) kicked off in Qingdao. As China’s first professional and international exhibition platform for urban rail transit, MetroTrans 2025, with the theme of “Breaking Through with Innovation, Marching into a New Stage of Urban Rail Development”, is hosted by the China Urban Rail Transit Association. Held concurrently are the 2nd Urban Rail Transit High-tech Achievement Fair, the 2nd Urban Rail Transit Science Popularization Exhibition, and the Roundtable Meeting of Owners of Low-Capacity Urban Rail Transit Systems in China. During the 3-day exhibition, it fully demonstrated the development achievements of urban rail transit, built an interactive platform for win-win cooperation, and injected new momentum into the sustainable and high-quality development of the industry. Jay, General Manager of RailO International Trade Co., Ltd., attended the event, along with heads and relevant personnel from the company’s Technology Department, and Railway Products Department.
It is reported that MetroTrans 2025 features distinct characteristics and brilliant highlights: the exhibition covers an area of over 60,000 square meters, with nine exhibition areas covering the entire industrial chain, one theme pavilion, and N special zones, as well as more than 20 on-site supporting activities. Over 500 domestic and foreign enterprises showcased their strengths on the same platform, focusing on emerging fields such as AI, 5G, low-altitude economy, and resource recycling. The characteristic displays of innovative application scenarios became the focus, and high-performance exhibits such as the Beijing-Xiongan Intercity Express train drew widespread attention.
